Proof GOP rigged the election. Do Americans demand a fresh election? | Knowledge is Power

The proof has been presented. Are the 3.6 million voters whose votes were stolen striking on the streets, with 81.6m disenfranchised citizens-53% of all voters? No. Does the media even MENTION it? No.

The proof has been presented. Are the 81.6 million disenfranchised¹ US citizens, 52.6% of all US voters, striking, and on the streets, demanding fresh elections? No. Does the media even mention it? No. Don't voters have a right to know the truth?

Do people finally realise that lies and corruption destroy democracy? No. Do they have any hope of their corrupt SCOTUS, ordering fresh elections? No.

While they are kept in the dark, an unelected “president” is dismantling their protections, terrorising US ALLIES, and helping his terrorist sponsor Putin with a safe off-ramp. Window-dressing while he steals from the US people and violates untold laws.

This is completely unbelievable. Ukraine voters demanded and got fresh elections twice, in 2004 for election rigging, and 2014 for broken election promises.

America has both at the same time. But like Russians, American voters do nothing and the person who exposed it does not even mention fresh elections. He whines about the “next” election, held by the president that rigged the last one???, being “worse”.

What is it that makes Americans and Russians so weak?

It’s like watching frogs boiling. Talk, talk, talk as one thing after another is done, with no vision, no solution, divided and conquered. They will either do what Ukraine did, or end up like Russia. Take your pick, America. Trump and the malignantly greedy are not stupid and they are not mucking around. They have control of information.

Just like Russians allowing a dictator to destroy their Ukrainian “brother”, Americans are endangering the whole world. They have no concept of responsibility, they think they are invincible. While everyone sees them being reduced to nationalist zombies living at or below the poverty level.

1:08 way this is important because I think that the statistics can be overwhelming so I am comforted by the fact that

1:21 cross-examined by all the vote snatchers and then all the Trump's guys they get to cross-examine me go through my

1:27 numbers so I can't take any chance with being wrong in fact what I do is these are government numbers so let me give

1:34 you the bottom line here if it weren't for what we politely call vote suppression tactics because vote

1:40 suppression is one of those kind of New York timesy phrases that means shating

1:47 black people Hispanics asian-americans out of their vote voters of color when they are knocked one of the horrible

1:54 nasty little secrets of America's democracies that we don't count all the votes that are cast and we don't let

2:01 every American citizen vote we're the only major democracy I I've been covering elections for BBC in uh England

2:14 Brazil there's no other nation that that plays these games with with ballots that considers itself a democracy I mean I'm

2:38 565,000 votes that would have put her ahead in the popular vote by over a million against Trump more important in

2:52 her 286 electoral votes and the presidency now again now where does Greg

2:59 Palace get these numbers they're not okay the first thing I'm going to tell you where I what it isn't no Elon Musk

3:18 3.56 three and a half million votes that were lost to Harris through these tricks where do they come from from the United

3:25 States elections assistance commission which is our official government agency which tracks not only the votes cast but

3:32 the votes that are not counted again it's it's all these numbers are kind of hidden in plain site so in the year

3:39 before the election the voter roles were purged that is we literally crossed people's

3:46 names off the voter roles and this is the official government number 4,

3:54 77676 voters about 5 million voters were knocked off the voter roles without any

4:01 good reason there was no damn reason to take those 5 million voters off the role now stop right there because in your

4:08 movie which I recommend vigilant's Inc it you actually go into a little bit of

4:14 this process that is to say how that can happen how you can remove 4 million but for those who haven't seen the film yet

4:21 can you just describe in in summary if you will uh the ways in which you could

4:26 remove that huge number of Voters from the voter roles let's let's start with just the state of

4:32 Georgia which removed several hundred, voters from the voter roles before the election I went through the list of

4:38 Voters Who removed from the voter roles for the ACLU of Georgia and the NAACP in

4:44 Rainbow push we went into federal court I provided a technical report literally

4:50 went through every single Purge name with the experts from Amazon thank you

4:56 and with the experts from the United States Postal Service they know where between Amazon The

5:02 Postal Service they do know where you live these people were accused of not living at their voting addresses we were

5:07 able to give the state the name and address of

5:12 198,000 of those voters whose only crime was Voting while

5:18 black but according to Amazon and the Postal Service those people live exactly

5:24 at their legal voting address and there was no reason to remove those voters

5:30 except because there was a partisan attack on voters of color it's no joke again I have the names and addresses of

5:35 all 198,000 and if you watch the film you'll see me in front of a polling station in Atlanta where black people

5:41 are being shoved away you can't vote here anymore including a 92y old woman in a walker Nam is Christine Jordan I

5:48 this is just by accident I happened to be there at the Atlanta polling station 92y old woman in a walker thrown out

5:54 into a storm by the way her granddaughter's hysterical been voting at the same place for 50 years they said

6:00 you don't can't vote here anymore you don't live in Georgia I went down the street to her home and there on the wall

6:06 was a picture of this woman 50 years earlier at that same house having dinner

6:12 with her cousin Martin Luther King yeah it's a great moment in the film and and

6:18 this woman so this these are the people they're knocking off that's just the main way that's number one the massive

6:24 purges which occurred in Wisconsin I also did a technical report in Wisconsin again going through every name and who

6:31 was on that list I actually mapped it with the help of the Washington Post by the way I actually mapped it so that we

6:38 showed that every single voter wrongly removed almost every single one came out

6:44 of a black Precinct in Milwaukee or a student Precinct with student housing in Madison Wisconsin

6:51 that's how Trump won Wisconsin this time when he didn't win it last time because

6:57 last time in 2020 with the legal action by black voters matter fund we were able

7:03 to stop the purge this time we couldn't uh because it became more goop heavy

7:08 their election support so that's how Trump won Wisconsin this time was

7:13 through purging black voters in Milwaukee students in Madison Georgia Was Won by purging black voters in and

7:20 uh and Asian-American voters they really went after in Georgia that's just beginning do do you have an answer for

7:27 so many in the chat who are asking certainly kamla Harris has access to

7:32 some of these numbers she has access to Greg Palace she has some understanding of what you're talking about why did

7:40 none of the Kamala people ask for a recount or demand any kind of changes

7:47 why didn't they respond to this obvious evidence that you point to well first of all uh why don't Democrats stand up the

7:53 same reason jellyfish don't you have to have a spine to be able to be erect but

7:59 um I have to tell you inside that Jesse Jackson uh met with KLA Harris and Joe

9:14 then it's you can't do anything about this and and again like after the election Joe Biden went to

9:20 Nato and said we just had an American election proving that America has is the greatest democracy in the world and has

9:27 a perfect voting system and anyone who says otherwise is undermining our democracy and all the Europeans were

9:32 sitting there going coughing because they don't remove black voters from the voter roles in France they don't do it

9:38 in England they don't do it in these other nations our NATO allies are horrified by the lack of Democracy in

9:45 America because remember I put my reports at the top of the BBC Nightly News my reports are all

9:51 over the tops of the newspapers in Europe in among our NATO allies they

9:56 know what's going on they know that Trump stole this election by removing black voters and and getting rid of

10:02 their votes and the ugliest thing let me bring up what I think is the ugliest thing which you'll find in vigilant's

10:08 Inc in our film for the first time since 1946 you had a mass challenge of black

10:16 voters not by government officials but by self-appointed Vigilantes now you say

10:21 what okay on the books in two dozen states are old Jim Crow laws whether

10:27 it's Mississippi or Iowa or Florida Georgia which allows an individuals so

10:34 Greg Palace can say Mark Thompson should not be allowed to

10:40 vote I literally that's all I have to do is I believe that Mark Thompson is not a legal voter Now understand now who Am I

10:47 who is Greg Palace the answer is baby if you're in Georgia I can stop Mark Thompson from getting his ballot or

10:54 having it counted doesn't matter who you are or you don't have you need no credentials whatsoever all you have to

11:22 base and he said and he didn't get his mail in ballot he said where's my where's my absy ballot he calls up

11:30 he calls up his County elections office in Georgia and says ' where's my ballot he said 'r Turner you've been challenged

11:36 he says what do you mean I've been challenged they said no problem just come in and someone challenged you they

11:41 didn't say who it turns out to be Alton Russell the the chairman of the democratic of the

11:47 Republican party in his area again not a government official a republican a party official challenged this black man's

11:54 right to vote he said all you have to do is come in and and prove your a citizen and your address and we'll let you vote he says all I have to do is fly 2700

12:02 miles two days before an election to prove I'm an American citizen again

12:09 remember his father by the way Harold Turner Reverend Harold Turner was the co-founder of the Southern Christian

12:14 leadership conference with Martin Luther King yeah there another great beat in the movie there are a bunch of these

12:20 great beats in the movie that's one of but but the thing is is that this one vigilante who by the way you'll see in

12:26 the movie he actually puts on Six Guns and dresses like a vigilante okay uh he likes to think he's Doc Holiday the

12:33 Vigilante so this vigilante the Republican Party chairman in Columbus Georgia he personally challenged 4,000

12:40 people now does he know 4,000 people no he has no idea who they are he just got the list from a group called true the

12:47 vote which is a trump front organization they're the ones who had that move that

12:52 crazy movie 200,000 mules which by the way Trump uh launched at Mara Lago this

12:58 group group created the list of 4,000 names to challenge the other thing we

13:04 did is I CH I challenge another Challenger the uh a Republican Party

13:10 official in in at in Atlanta Cobb County um named Pam Reon she personally you

13:19 ready for this Mark she personally challenged 32,000 voters in her County 32,000 I

13:26 showed her the photos of her black Neighbors whom whose vote she challenged said you know these people he says no

13:32 well he challenged their right to vote he says well I can't call 32,000 people but you can challenge their right to

13:37 vote so this Mass Challenge and again it was last used in

13:43 1946 by the clu clux Clan yeah I just want to say I thought

13:50 sort of one of the Great Moments it's really a well um it's a well uh woven

13:56 film maybe the way I would describe it because it does start with uh yeah exactly story it starts with the fact

14:03 that the South will rise again attitude is very much part of the elections and

14:09 the voter suppression in the South I want to turn you to the numbers though um because I'm getting um from many and

14:17 there has been push back like Greg palast is using uh old numbers from' 06

14:23 that sort of suggest that there is a multiplier on voter suppression when it comes to people of color Hispanics and

14:30 that no longer applies it's no longer 900 times more likely it's more like two

14:35 times more likely to be voter suppressed that that group of people yet what I'm

14:40 seeing from you is actual numbers like I I I don't think you do just use a multiplier can you speak to that yes

14:47 okay so um first of all again I get the 4,776 76 purged that's from the United

14:55 States elections assistance commission and that's not a multip you're saying great okay 317,000 people

15:04 challenged by these Vigilantes just so you know um that came

15:11 from the group that did the challenges they proudly announced 37,8 86 voters challenged by August they

15:18 were aiming for two million 2.12 million male in ballots got disqualified that's

15:25 by the way if you're wondering you know who gave me that number National Petroleum radio NPR which did an

15:32 analysis a very good analysis and by the way uh they found they found this year this year

15:40 that uh rejected ballots that 13.8% one in seven mailin ballots are

15:47 rejected now whose ballots are they according to the state of Washington again this isn't Greg Palace coming up

15:54 with this stuff the state of Washington did an analysis of mail and ballots rejected and again it's one and seven

16:01 that you're 400% more likely to have your ballot rejected if you're black than if you're white that study just

16:07 came out it's not 2006 I wish it were 2006 and all that were gone provisional

16:15 ballots the United States elections assistance commission not Greg palast

16:20 says that 42.3% a lot of numbers here all that's about half close to half of all

16:27 provisional ballots are rejected so that would be over a

16:32 million ballots thrown in the dumpster now whose ballots again according to the

16:38 government your chance of you being shunted to provisional ballot is 300% more likely if you're black Hispanic or

16:44 Asian American and how did this happen we've always had these Jim Crow effects

16:50 but why was it worse this year according to the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU

16:56 Law School they're the best at this stuff they said that in 30 States almost

17:01 all them red States 30 States passed laws making it harder for people of

17:08 color to vote 30 states in the past four years passed laws that that are targeted

17:13 at removing black voters in one case we did have one judge thank God who actually said this is so clearly

17:19 targeted with black people it's got to go that was in North Carolina but for the most

17:25 part the courts have said states can do what they want there's no right to vote in the United States Constitution that's

17:30 left up to the States you have no constitutional right to vote and that's

17:36 one of the big problems we have I thought it was interesting too it's revealed in your film that the uh

17:42 Revelation that one has that they're not a registered voter that they're not on the roles that they don't have the uh

17:48 the right to vote uh is something that often times isn't discovered till voting day as you know in in instant after

17:54 instant so there's not like they send you something saying you've been challenged it just is one of those way

17:59 yeah they send you a card right they s a postcard right they sent a postcard however here's the problem number one

18:05 the postcard looks like junk mail and who responds with like my son picks up his mail from school once a semester if

18:12 you you see a piece of junk mail you have to respond the response rate in Georgia to these postcards they call

18:18 them the poison postcards they send you a postcard you don't respond you lose your vote the response rate is

18:24 1.22% literally not much better than one in a 100 voters notice get these cards

18:30 now here's the other problem the challenge law in Georgia was changed to allow challenges the day before the

18:36 election the day of the election the day after the election now you'll get your postcard but 30 days after the election

18:43 Donald Trump was certified it doesn't matter you get a notice so they'll they'll count your ballot they will

18:50 count your ballot but after the inauguration how many of those Georgia voters uh asks Randy were challenged uh

18:58 how many of the of those Georgia Georgia voters who were challenged eventually voted in the 2024 election Randy's

19:04 asking okay so there's two groups there's those who never got their ballot and didn't get to vote there's those who

19:10 if you got your ballot mailed it in you don't know that it was challenged and you didn't vote according to the

19:16 president of the NAACP Gerald Griggs he was looking at 200,000 challenges in

19:23 just Georgia alone now in 2020 where they took the challenge for a test drive

19:30 GOP operatives and I'm not being partisan because it just happens that every one of them was a white GOP

19:35 operative uh challenge 180,000 voters it broke way over that in 2024 the biggest

19:41 problem that Biden was able to win Georgia in 2020 because a lot of uh

19:47 voting officials including Republicans I will say rejected these challenges however for 2024 they changed the law

19:55 making it very very difficult for local officials to say these challenges are bogus they have to accept the challenges

20:02 and if if the voter doesn't challenge The Challenge and most again 99% have no

20:08 idea that they've been challenged major Turner was lucky that he he called and said where's my ballot uh and again he

20:14 had to go to Federal Court by the way to get his one vote Challenge and so we're trying to get from the state of Georgia

20:21 right now the final number of challenges and the final number of challenge ballots which were and were not counted

20:27 but you have to one thing I want to warn you about the states are stonewalling us on these numbers we are the only nation

20:34 I mean the only nation in the oecd which is what we call the advanced

20:40 world the only nation which disqualifies ballots which allows these voter challenges and which keeps the vote

20:47 total secret go ahead try to find out how many ballots were disqualified how

20:52 many people were purged and challenged you have to again tease out these numbers out of government files but lot

20:58 lot of them are still missing I'm worried that we'll never that with Trump in while the United States elections

21:04 assistance commission is supposed to get full numbers I suspect we won't ever get those numbers um because the states

21:11 aren't going to provide the numbers to the to the feds and they they by law they actually don't have to provide the numbers so we keep these numbers secret

21:19 so I have to go through I had to actually sue the state of Georgia in federal court to get Purge numbers yeah

21:26 and this is a system that does work to the advantage of the party in power and so you have a a real uphill climb to get

21:33 this stuff I'm seeing in the why is the true the vote and uh Eagle AI not being sued Dennis is asking they have been

21:40 sued two things number one where's the just where was the justice department where was the justice

21:47 department um and that's a problem I so NAACP uh rainbow push all these groups

21:55 have filed suits in fact fairfight Georgia Stacy Abrams uh group uh sued

22:00 true the vote for um interference and election interference that's in her in

22:06 her gubernatorial um was that no no this was this was after this was uh this election coming in okay so Stacey ABS

22:13 after she left office again she's another one shafted out of her election but after she left off uh after she uh

22:20 um lost her governor's race she set up an organization fair fight which does bring these suits and but they were not

22:27 successful because you the problem is uh the the problem is is that you

22:33 have a trump Court one-third of all appet judges are Trump appointees and so

22:38 the courts have taken the position there's no right to vote in the Constitution therefore all you can do uh

22:46 they defer to the states it's up to the states determine whether you get to vote and how you get to vote now it used to

22:53 be that we had the Voting Rights Act but remember in 2013 that was gutted by the US Supreme

22:59 Court that was a real blow if you want to bring litigation but again I went into court with um NAACP and others but

23:07 it's murder to win in court action we do win sometimes we've cut we have uh with

23:14 a campaign I ran with rainbow push uh indivisible and some other groups we

23:19 were able to kill off a vote suppression trick called um interstate cross check

23:24 which had knocked out almost a million voters of color we got that killed off but it's like whacka you you kill off

23:31 like this thing called interstate cross check which which and with the ACL you were able to to uh get to shut it down

23:39 and then they come up with these uh vigilante clu CLX Clan style challenges well these I mean these challenges that

23:45 you describ these uh vigilante challenges are just uh bone numbingly

23:51 awful I mean it's just it's insane you lay it all out there in vigilante Inc but what I really wanted to get to and

23:56 we get some of it in our chat today is that these are hard numbers you have these are not you're not looking at a

24:02 small sample size and then multiplying it times some kind of uh existing

24:07 understanding about we have in some cases we have to use uh statistical Corrections and one of the big things I

24:13 have to do is that there's a lot of you you will notice in all the numbers I gave you like 4.7 million purged couple

24:19 million challenged two million mail and ballots disqualified Etc if you add all up it's way more than three and a half

24:26 million but I'm taking out all the double counting I'm taking out the fact that a lot of Hispanic men voted for

24:33 Donald Trump so you don't want to double count you want to be very careful you want to make some adjustments to make

24:39 sure that you're not overstating the Jim Crow effect is bad enough at three and a half million you don't need to plant

24:45 evidence at that crime scene exactly no it's it's it's real bad and and you know

24:51 and and my fellow journalist come on this stuff is is sitting there for you to do if NPR could do an analysis saying

24:58 uh one in seven ballots are thrown in the garbage mail and ballots are thrown in the garbage why don't you tell us

25:04 what the effect will be was on an election they never go back after an

25:10 election and say remember we told you about you know voter IDs long lines provisional ballots I mean uh New York

25:16 Times ran a story about provisional ballots uh or mail and they ran a story

25:21 of mail and ballots and my number 2.2 million mail and ballots thrown the garbage according to MIT my number is

25:28 way low massach Institute of Technology did a report uh carried in the times and

25:34 they said it was Far Far higher than that so I'm trying to be as conservative

25:39 as possible and maybe someone else has different numbers great come you know

25:44 again I'm always happy I am a a statistician by by training an economist

25:49 and uh so I'm more than happy to get suggestions on how to sharpen these numbers further but I I think you're not

25:55 gonna I've seen your I've seen your math that you've displayed you really are good at showing the math so that's one

26:02 of the things that I think uh sets you apart from a lot of others who just are full of allegations uh see the movie I'd

26:08 recommend to everybody vigilant's Inc and you'll see the process that palast

26:13 is talking about and it's so offensive to you probably as an American that you'll want to do something what could

26:20 possibly be done Greg I mean this is being being asked over and over by people in our chat right now what can we

26:26 do about this I mean we have an energized public on some level now what can be done two things number one for

26:34 God's sake protect your vote do like General major check on your vote where's my ballot okay um and um so about 80

26:44 days before an election about two three months before an election please check your registration you could have been purged you could have been uh cancelled

26:52 challenged uh please do that second when uh protect your vote second don't go

26:57 postal don't ever mail in your ballot if you can avoid it not that it's unlike

Well, thank you.

So who won or who lost the election?

It's real simple.

If not for voter suppression tactics, that's a fancy word for shafting people of color out of their vote, young people out of their vote.

Kamala Harris would have won 3,565,000 votes.

That's a number of voters that were denied the right to vote because they were purged or they were challenged or they had their provisional ballot thrown out. Let me give you some of the numbers.

The reason I'm giving you numbers, and I've waited so long to make this report, is that I have to get the numbers from the government agencies, particularly something we call the Elections Assistance Commission.

People don't realize.

I used to be a professor of statistics I was a forensic economist.

This is my specialty, the numbers, which I usually did for attorneys general and the US Department of Justice and other government agencies.

These are calculations I would do, and I have done for federal courts.

So we had, are you ready for this?

According to the Elections Assistance Commission,

the official numbers, we had 4,776,706 voters purged from the voter

rolls, wrongly, and I'm not making this up.

I had the guys that work with the Microsoft and Amazon go through every single purge name in two states, Georgia and Wisconsin.

We took those two states.

We found, for example, in Georgia, that 198,000 voters, we actually have their names and addresses were wrongly removed from the voter rolls.

You'll be shocked, overwhelmingly, voters of color in Wisconsin, almost every voter removed by the purge was either a Black voter in Milwaukee or a student in Madison.

We had this brand new business this year, this brand new business this year of vigilante voter challenges.

We talked about that on the air, where for the first time, a very first time,

an individual voter like Greg Palast can say, Tom Hartman does not live in Portland.

He shouldn't be allowed to vote. This is new.

A third of a million, 317,000 voters were challenged by the beginning of August NAACP said it was over 200,000 in just Georgia alone by election day.

We had 2.12 million mail-in ballots rejected, and that wouldn't mean anything if it were random, it's not random, Tom.

According to the State of Washington, which did a study, you're 400% more likely to have your mail-in ballot rejected if you're black than if you're white.

Washington State has the least voter suppression of any state in the Union.

According to the US Civil Rights Commission, which did a study, they found that the chance of your ballot being rejected, mail-in or in precinct, is 900% higher if you're black than if you're white.

We have over a half a million votes that were spoiled, that as they said, they couldn't be read.

Again, it's very, very racial.

We had 1.2 million provisional ballots rejected.

People think they get this, go in and they say, oh, you've been challenged, you've been purged, or we can't find your name on the rolls here, fill out this provisional ballot.

43% of those ballots, according to the US government, 43% of provisional ballots,

and there were about 4 million in the last About 3 million in the last election.

43% of those were thrown in the garbage.

Overwhelmingly, voters of color, and in fact, if you're black, Hispanic, or Latino, excuse me, or Asian-American,

the chance you'll be given a provisional ballot is 300% higher than if you're white.

We're talking, there's some double counting here.

The vote suppression factor is about 2. 3%.

Again, Kamala Harris would have even won the popular vote, 3.565 million extra votes.

She would have won the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

These are pretty exacting calculations, Tom.

She would have won with the 287 six electoral votes.

Again, this is absent if we didn't have a vote suppression, Jim Crow voting system.

I'm telling you, I work all over the world on elections, from Britain to Venezuela to Liberia.

There's no other nation in the world, except for old Apartheid South Africa.

I mean, where we have a supposed democracy, where you have this racial, basically Jim Crow Apartheid voting system,

where you have massive, massive numbers of voters of color lose their vote.

Also now that's widened out to, I found a massive number of young people.

Again, that demographic is their voters of color, too.

The color is blue because young voters, especially young women, that are targeted for the purge to be sent to provisional ballots, had their registrations canceled or their votes disqualified, especially their mail-in ballots.

NPR found that one in seven mail-in ballots, in the analysis stated, were thrown in the garbage, overwhelmingly, again,

by the government numbers, 400% more likely if you're black than if you're white.

This is how Trump won by racial and other forms of vote suppression.

That gave him the election.

Unless we restart a voting rights movement in America, 2028 is already decided.

It'll be decided by Jim Crow, not by the voters.

It seems sometimes, Greg, that the whole conspiracy movement, Oh, it's got to be the voting machines.

Oh, it's got to be Starlink being in the middle.

It's got to be Elon Musk.

And I think Trump was trolling us a couple of days ago when he basically congratulated Elon Musk on doing something with the vote counting machines in Pennsylvania.

It almost seems like all of that is just a great distraction from what is actually happening and actually working for the GOP.

They started this whole squealing about brown people being illegal voters in the '60s with Operation Eagleye and William Renquist,

the guy who became the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court.

But we go back, we show you a clip from the 1920 film, over 100 years ago, the film “Birth of a Nation”,

where they show a white actor in blackface putting two ballots into a ballot box.

The accusation that black voters vote multiple times to steal elections is an old trope, but this time it came 100 years later with the Trump Group, true the vote.

They used that to justify these new vigilante individual challenges.

Again, they proudly proclaim 317,886 challenges by the beginning of August.

This is brand new stuff.

This has not been done since the Ku Klux Klan used this personal mass challenge business in 1946.

This is the Klan plan.

Trump used this to massive effect, especially in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.

This was a massive attack on voters of color, especially.

We're not guessing about what color they are, we called up 800 of the challenged voters.

Almost all of them were black and a smattering of some young white people registered as Democrats.

Obviously, they know your registration.

They know who you are and they know your zip code.

This is how it's been working for...

Again, they brought in a 1946 clan plan.

There is a long history here, but we have now...

That was justified, supposedly, by black people you saw in the film from True the Vote, 2000 Mules,

where they said black men, whom they called mules, they showed them stuffing ballot boxes.

Of course, they've been sued to a fair thee well because everyone that they showed was a legal voter.

They were just guilty of voting while black. Yeah.

And True the Vote ultimately had to apologize, didn't they, to avoid a lawsuit?

No, just the only people that Sinclair, which was their distributor, apologizing and withdrew the film,

but 10 million people have seen it.

They've made millions of dollars off this thing.

But the worst thing is it resulted in a massive reduction in drop boxes and early voting, which is the main way that black people,

especially the South, vote.

The vast majority of African Americans vote early or by mail.

The majority of Democrats vote by mail.

51% more likely to send in your ballot by mail if you're a Democrat, which means

one in eight of your votes are going to be thrown in the garbage, just so you know, because it's very easy to come up with an excuse to disqualify a ballot.

These are not just numbers.

These are people that...

For example, Major Gamaliel Turner, career military officer, 70 years old.

He was not sent his mail-in ballot because he was challenged by a Republican Party official who said he didn't live in California.

Well, he was assigned by the President of the United States as a military man to a base in California.

Voting rights, the expert on Georgia voting purge, wrote her PhD.

Mail carrier here. Republican voters only got mail ins on my route. How I know is they all got trump mail all the time and still get trump mail.

I'm a young white woman living in a predominantly black neighborhood and I had to contact my local elections commission because I never recieved my mail-in ballot. I was told that my ballot was "undeliverable" despite my republican roommate recieving his ballot without issue.

Same thing for my son. He is in college and called a head of time and never received it. When he called to check on it he was told too late.

I attempted to vote in person and the precinct worker claimed he could not find my name and offered me a provisional ballot. I grabbed the voter roll from him and pointed out my name. He did the same thing to the person in front of me.

My stepdaughter had her ballot challenged. She has dual British/ American citizenship, and is registered to vote in my district. The same lady that interfered, challenged 4000 other voters in our county in PA. It cost $10 to do the paperwork, and she alone challenged 4000 voters! I know where she lives, and I doubt she has $40,000 laying around to pay the fees. She was one of many. This was MASSIVE and COOORDINATED! AND PAID FOR BY SOMEONE!

I delivered my vote, properly filled out, signed in blue ink & spent half a day going to the American Embassy to hand deliver it into a secure receptacle. Several weeks later, I received a letter from my TX county rep — addressed to me in The Netherlands. Inside was a letter with my name in it, but an address in New Zealand(!!) on the top, saying my ballot wasn’t accepted because it was incorrectly filled out OR was unsigned— none of it true! Made me furious.

Weeks before the election I reported to the election integrity hotline. Mine & my husbands’ mail in ballots went missing. They sent us new ones marked “duplicate”. At my last check, they hadn’t been counted yet. My sister was de-registered after 10 years of active voting. She votes in every election. After much rigamarole she was re-registered and personally informed by the BOE’s that they mailed her ballot to her. She instead received a letter explaining how to apply for a mail in ballot. So she went to vote on Election Day - was turned away, saying she wasn’t registered. I told her to go back, reluctantly they let her vote via provisional ballot. Which they then sealed into an envelope in front of her. I assume to be verified? Her vote was also not counted at last check. We started reporting these instances in late October. We’re all young, college educated super voters in New York. But in the 2nd highest funded congressional swing district in the nation this cycle. Rly important race. This is crazy! I feel so disenfranchised.

My vote wasn't counted, either. I tried to vote online from Mexico using a ballot from Kentucky, but it kept getting sent to the wrong precinct (where someone could easily claim that my vote wasn't valid). I finally decided that because Kentucky rarely votes for a Democrat, my vote wouldn't matter anyway and I gave up. Our country is NOT a democracy and Trump & his billionaire buddies are going to destroy what's left of our fragile nation.

I was purged from Voter Rolls. I knew voter suppression tactics were being pushed hard and I didnt trust that a provisional ballot would count, so I did a "Presidential" ballot - I could only vote for Prez no other races... I was born here on an Air Force Base!!!

Yeah, I'm a 75-year-old white Georgian, and I found out when my mail-in primary ballot didn't arrive that I'd been purged from the rolls. The local Board of Elections representative could give me no valid reason for it, and I have never missed an election cycle. You gotta wonder how many others were purged, didn't find out til Election Day, and had to submit a provisional ballot ... which was ultimately trashed.

Not surprised. I knew Kamala won. I watched her rallies...lots of people and so much energy. Rump's rallies were flat, sparse, and showed people leaving. Then he just pit on music and 'danced'. Suddenly Muskolini came on the scene and rump told his maga people he no longer needed their vote. That is when i knew for certain. Never in my lifetime was a presidential election over so fast.

My husband is white and I am a black man. We both applied for absentee ballots from Missouri. The applications were sent together in the same envelope. He received his, and I did not. I had to jump through hoops to get my ballot. It cost me $36 to overnight my ballot. Now,I believe it was not counted because of what you have stated.

My vote ballot was pushed out. But I stood there and did not move til it was accepted. What the hell is going on.

My vote wasn’t counted, I’m white, and my grandson who is Latino, his vote wasn’t counted. He actually got a letter saying his signature didn’t match from the last election. He’s only 18 and this was his first time voting

Alabama here. Myself and my husband voted. When we got there they had suspended him from voting. (Even though he has voted every election) He had to fill out a provisional ballot. They said he was good to go. I felt something off and contacted S.O.S and discovered he was still purged and his vote not counted. I emailed Secretary of State and supposedly they said they would investitgate. Emailed us back and said everything was fine and his vote was counted. I know in my heart his vote was not counted!

I'm a youngish wh woman and I voted on election day in the most important swing state, Pennsylvania. For the first time, I was questioned by election officials and had to show id. That's never happened before, even after covid!. My name was on a paper that was handwritten stating that I had to show id. There was very little enthusiasm for Trump so it felt very strange to suddenly find out Trump won every swing state.

I never received my mail ballot. I think got purged. So I went to a voting center a week before the election and voted. Not sure if it counted. This is for a black area.

My vote was disqualified twice…..due to not filling my mail in vote correctly…according to them. I am an older Mexican woman!

Alarms bells should have been ringing back in June, when Trump, after years of crying "rigged election, I was robbed !!" , suddenly announced that he would accept the result of the coming election.

This was my sons first time. He was initially rejected for not having his drivers license (he was pre-registered to vote) but I challenged the poll worker and son was allowed to vote

My 19 yo grandson's vote never registered so I am assuming his vote was dumped here in NY. It was his first time voting. I went with him to our local voting registration site a month before Nov 5th.

In a voting place I went, in the Bronx, NYC, 9 out of 10 voters were told that they had been reassigned to other polling places. Place they did not know...most of them were black, hispanic seniors, people with walkers, etc., persons who, most probably, did not go to the new place. Some were very angry, repeating ' this is my voting place, why now, the very day of voting, I was reassigned to another place??'

I was wondering where 16 million voters went. Now I know where 4 million of them went.

2024: Trump 77,301,273

Harris 75,023,426

Total 152,324,699

Diff: 3,184,286 Total would have been about the same...

A lot more mail-in voters, like me, never even got our absentee ballots. I registered by mail months before the election, never got my voting materials, even after requesting it again

My son was a first-time voter, and he asked me to go un with him. While we were standing at the machine, a poll voluntarily kept hanging around us, and then she kept interrupting us by trying to get my son to fill out a paper ballot. I felt so uncomfortable with her hanging around. I finally said no, we got this. But she definitely gave me bad vibes. I believe my story isn't the only story like this.

I remember during voting every other year, my LA county in California would have voting polls all over the block. That year when I went to turn in my vote, the only voting location I see is at a near by hospital drop off box. It all makes sense, Kamala was plotted against.

I am disabled and pretty much home bound so I voted by mail. When I called my counties voter registrar's office to make sure my vote was counted...it was not recorded.

I went to the polls for early voting with a black woman friend of mine in Indiana and her information had been so messed up that she had to cast a provisional ballot. I still don’t know if her vote counted or not. She has lived at the same address for over 20 years and voted in every election prior to this one.

He admitted he cheated when he thanked elon. stop sugarcoating this.

He was far too confident months before the vote, and the vote was called too quickly.

It's so disheartening that our country is so corrupt and still so racist.

The fact that Harris conceded before the vote count was done and refused to allow a recount I find very disturbing.

I moved (just a couple miles down the road) prior to the presidential election. I had to provide a passport to vote, which I DID. I still had my vote thrown out. I didn't know until I received a letter in the mail 3 weeks after election night. It said they couldn't count my vote because they couldn't verify my identity. I SAW them verify it in front of my eyes when I went to vote in person.
