Boris Yeltsin's letter dated 24 December 1991 was deleted from the United Nations web site in January 2024. (It's back in April, after I asked about it)
Here it is, with the original UN explanatory note, and links.
Yeltsin’s letter is the evidence that the Russian Federation is not a member of the United Nations, and how it fraudulently started to participate illegally in the UN and the Security Council, instead of applying for membership under Article 4 of the United Nations Charter like every other ex soviet state did.
Here is the link to the last save of the page (24 January 2024) in archive.org.

The video and documents proving Russia is not in the UN, and it's representatives can be expelled by a simple majority (of members present and voting, abstentions aren’t counted) resolution of the UN General Assembly, within a week. No veto, no "reform".
