Are Think Tanks and Bureaucracies stopping the world turning? Knowledge is Power

The free world's media laws are like laws against train drivers running over people, never changed after cars were invented. People don't want lies. What's the hold up?

I am so sick of uploads like this, even from government owned media.

Hand-wringing. and enslaving children.

Before social media, our parents taught us not to lie, and how to identify liars.

Since social media, we have surrendered in advance to liars.

According to the logic of these "education" videos, we should repeal all criminal laws and educate kids to get black belts in karate to protect themselves and their homes.

Actually, that is what laws are for - to keep people safe. All countries in the free world have laws against disinformation (except America, which invented a "right to Lie" in 2012). We just need to enforce them. And update them to cover social media.

I think governments are stagnated. They are not consulting their electors on policy. They are just being pulled around by think tank lobbyists and sunk by bureaucracy.
